Storage and retention
- Holdings and workspace settings are stored per user workspace.
- Session and locale preferences may be stored in browser local storage/cookies.
- Operational logs are retained for a limited period as needed for support and security.
API and third-party data
- Market and reference data is fetched from configured providers and internal APIs.
- Ticker, option-chain, and metadata requests are used only to deliver product features.
- No guarantee is made regarding completeness, timeliness, or provider uptime.
Recipients and international transfers
- Payment processing is provided by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland).
- Social sign-in can involve Google and Apple.
- If analytics consent is granted, Google Analytics 4 can be used to analyze page views, navigation paths, funnel steps, and conversions.
- If analytics consent is granted, Microsoft Clarity can be used to analyze heatmaps, scroll behavior, and session recordings.
- Recipients of this analytics data can in particular include Google and Microsoft, depending on the enabled integration.
- Depending on provider and infrastructure configuration, processing may also take place outside the EU/EEA, in particular in the United States.
- Where legally required, transfers are based on an adequacy decision or on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
